The breakfast was free with a huge variety of products. It was nice designed and compact room, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was so close to food shops. Local fast food option Wildfire Pizzabar was 5 minutes walk away.

The room was very welcoming after a long day out, and invited to genuine relaxation, very well sound proof allowing you a proper sleep, the design of the hotel made it great fun as well. Excellent teas and small snacks as well, which made it even more welcoming.

They gave us a smoking room without asking, it was really smelling bad, not possible to opn windows as usual, first hours haven't been nice

The location is perfect, within walking distance of the TST MTR station and various dining options. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with comfortable amenities. The staff were nice and pro efficiently assisted with my business needs, ensuring all my requirements were met promptly.
Some external noise at night might disturb light sleepers.

The Luxe Manor is rocking a prime location near some of the best local eats! I stumbled upon Mui Kee Cookfood Stall and was hooked on their congee. Plus, it's super friendly and clean inside-definitely a win! The staff even stored my luggage for me without a hitch.
On the flip side, the room decorations were quirky-too many dog lamps for my taste! Plus, the beds felt tiny for three. And good luck getting fresh air since the windows don't open. Air conditioning was icy cold with me catching a bit of a chill.

A very unique hotel - unusual design. I liked the snack items given daily (e.g. cookies, treats) to enjoy with your tea in your room. The hotel had organized a taxi to the airport for me and loaded my luggage into the trunk of the car while I was shopping.
Very small rooms. Breakfast food was mediocre. No swimming pool

Hotel decor and facilities were excellent. Staff were helpful and efficient. Well located just minutes from Nathan Road and 15 mins walk to Temple St.
Breakfast buffet was limited and bar was closed due to private function as well as business centre being renovated so not all facilities were available.

The design of the hotel was excellent and location is good for shopping around.
TV and remote control was very hard to use (not user friendly and slow respond to the button pressed) / The temperature of refrigerator was not good enough may be because of the poor ventilation of the cabinet (should put some more hole or small exhaust fan)

Request a room away from the bar street for a quieter stay. The noise can be quite disturbing at night.

I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The staff service is great and the hotel is well located to the shopping area and tsim sha tsui station. Although the breakfast provided is simple, it works for me. Will definiteky recommen and stay there again.

The hotel staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was a little on the small side but quite comfortable. Furnishings were excellent both in design and comfort. Dada bar/lounge is a furnished really uniquely and worth a visit.
The bathroom was quite clean, the bedroom on the surface looked clean (bedlinen and furnishings seemed clean), however the carpet was dirty and needed vacuuming. We tipped a trainee staff member who helped us with our suitcases on our departure, but the money was taken from him by a supervisor? Breakfast was a little disappointing, not enough range and hot food ran out both times we attended breakfast. Dada Bar although very nice - beware - drinks are very expensive! 95HKD for a glass of house wine.
